Fallout New Vegas Gameplay

Here is Gameplay of the PC version of Fallout New Vegas. This covers the first hour of the game.

Note: Textures will look poor in the video. This is because i changed some setting in CCC (I have a ATI card) to increase performance, but don’t let that sway you. This game is a beauty when maxed out.

Part 1 shows the opening cinematic fly-through of Sin City, which was untouched by the war. Then the cinematic leads to what happened to the main character. Then the game starts with you waking up in the house of Doc Mitchel, who happens to be the man that patched you up.

In part 2 Doc Mitchel sits you down to do a few tests to determine your condition. Once he does that and after you choose some perks, you head outside. You’ll notice when you head outside its very bright and you can’t see, similar to Fallout 3 after you leave Vault 101, just to give a state of awe once your character finally his vision clears up. After leaving the Doc’s house, you are tasked to go and talk to Sunny Smiles who will teach you some basic of how to survive in the desert. You end up helping her shew off some gecko from a couple water gathering areas.  While fight off the gecko you also save a young woman.

Here in Part 3 after you finish helping Sunny Smiles she asks you if you would like to have her teach you how to live off the land and make things for yourself. She then tasks you to retrieve Xander Root and Broc Flower.

Here in Part 4 I finished up retrieving the Xander Root and Broc Flower. I then precede to make Healing Powder. I then find a young man who is trying to save his girlfriend.  He says she is on a ridge near a broken radio tower. I believe his girlfriend was the young woman that you save in the beginning while helping Sunny Smiles.

Here is Part 5,  after finishing helping Sunny Smiles, she give you a heads up to go visit Trudy at the Prospector Saloon. Once at the Saloon you see a man arguing with Trudy. Once the man leaves you talk to Trudy. You find out a little info on the man that shot you and also the man that was arguing with Trudy. There is a option to fix Trudy’s radio, if you do you get on her good side. Nearing the end of the video I just walk to the top of a little cliff to show a view of the little town.
